Thermal Image Reporting
With thermal image reporting, you can save time and money by addressing areas of issue before they become serious or irreversible damage occurs. Excessive heat can create failures in your electrical system and, in a worst-case scenario, it can also start an electrical fire.
The benefits of Thermal Image Reporting
With thermal image reporting, we can see heat with an infrared camera, this is a non-invasive test method. When there is a problem in the system, more heat is generated because of high resistance, and the infrared camera will see the difference between the normal electrical components and the one with a problem. When electrical components begin to deteriorate, they can sometimes start to generate excess heat, which is emitted in the form of infrared radiation.
Save on electrical costs with a thermal imaging inspection
Quite often, these problems can be rectified on the spot by our thermal imaging technicians who are also registered electricians. This can save your business in additional call-out fees. An electrical thermal imaging inspection is important because it reduces the risk of failures in your distribution boards, metre rooms and data centres as well as reducing the risk of electrical failures and fires.
Get a Thermal Imaging Survey
Tansley Electrical will produce a report that compares the thermal image beside a digital image (real-time photograph). The report will list the items which require maintenance or repair. Tansley Electrical makes the whole process simple and understandable.
